How long does order processing take? 

Orders are processed within 0-1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

What is the delivery time? 

Standard delivery within the United States typically takes 1–4 business days after dispatch.

Do you offer free shipping? 

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.

Which carriers do you use? 

Orders are shipped via trusted national carriers, including USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the destination and product type.

Where are orders shipped from? 

All U.S. orders are shipped by our U.S.-based fulfillment partner to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

Why did I receive only part of my order? 

Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages to speed up delivery.
If this happens, the remaining items will arrive shortly in separate shipments.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Can I cancel my order? 

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? 

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Who pays for return shipping? 
  • Defective or incorrect items: Return shipping is free
  • Change of mind: Return shipping is free
  • Restocking fees: We do not charge restocking fees
Do you sell final sale items? 

No. All eligible products can be returned within the return window.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect? 

Please contact us immediately at info@millercofurniture.com.
If possible, include photos of the issue so we can assist you faster.

We will arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit, based on your preference.

Refund Process

How do I receive my refund? 

To start a return, email info@millercofurniture.com with your order number and return request.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Delivery Issues

My tracking shows “Delivered,” but I didn’t receive my order. What should I do?

Please:

  1. Double-check your shipping address
  2. Check with neighbors or your building management
  3. Contact your local carrier
